Abstract

Annotatsiya: 
Ushbu maqolada kechirimlilik bizning ruhiy holatimizga ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatish, 
ruhiy  muammolarni  yengillashtiradi  va  insonlar  o'rtasida  kuchli  va  sog'lom 
munosabatlarni  o'rnatishga  yordam  beradi.  Ushbu  bobda  ko'rsatilgan  natijalar, 
kechirimlilik  psixologiyasining  inson  hayotida  ahamiyatini  yoritish  bilan  birga, 
ijtimoiy va individual darajada kechirimlilikni rag'batlantirish zarurligini ta'kidlaydi.  
Umuman  olganda,  kechirimlilik  psixologiyasi  ruhiy  salomatlikni  yaxshilash  va 
ijtimoiy munosabatlarni mustahkamlashda kuchli bir vosita sifatida xizmat qiladi. Bu 
mavzudagi  ilmiy  tadqiqotlar,  kelajakda  kechirimlilikni  qo'llash  orqali  odamlar 
hayotida ijobiy o'zgarishlar kiritish imkoniyatini ko'rsatadi.
