Burns are one of the most common traumatic injuries. The number of burn victims worldwide is constantly increasing. All this determines the search for new highly effective methods of treatment of burn patients. Requirements for the treatment of the main wound is the creation of an optimal microenvironment for wound healing, high absorption capacity relative to the wound exudate, the ability to prevent the ingress of microorganisms, sufficient permeability to gases, water vapor, elasticity, pyrogenicity, lack of antigen, toxic, local irritants and allergic reactions. Current literature data on the definition and methods of early surgical treatment, early necrectomy in patients with deep burns. The pathogenetic basis of early surgical interventions for burn disease is presented, the use of which leads to improved treatment out comes.
