Аннотация

Annotatsiya.  Pеt organizmda bo`layotga turli jarayonlarni aynan konkret tekshiruvga mos radiofarm preparat yordamida aniqlash imkonini beradi: metabolizm, moddalar transporti va h.k.z. Pet metabolik jarayonlardagi va boshqa fiziologik faoliyatdagi oʻzgarishlarni koʻrish va oʻlchash uchun izotop indikatorlar deb nomlanuvchi radioaktiv moddalardan foydalanadigan funktsional xususiyatlarni, qon oqimi, mintaqaviy kimyoviy tarkibini tasvirlash usuli hisoblanadi. Tanadagi maqsadli jarayonga qarab, turli xil tasvirlash maqsadlari uchun turli moddalar qoʻllaniladi [1].

Hozirgi vaqtda PЕT tekshiruvlari vaqtida uglerod-11, azot-13, kislorod-15, ftor-18 kabi izotoplar qo`llaniladi. Bu moddalar kichkina dozada kiritilganida ham sifatli tasvir olish mumkin.
