Ushbu maqolada maxsus maktabgacha ta'lim muassasalarida bolalar uchun inklyuziv ta'limni qo'llab-quvvatlashda pedagoglarning muhim roli ko'rib chiqiladi. Unda nogironligi bo‘lgan bolalarning o‘ziga xos ehtiyojlarini qondirish va ularning ta’lim muhitida faol ishtirokini ta’minlash uchun pedagoglar qo‘llaydigan metod va strategiyalar o‘rganiladi. Maqolada ilg‘or jahon tajribasidan kelib chiqqan holda va O‘zbekistondagi maxsus ta’lim kontekstiga e’tibor qaratilib, inklyuziv va qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi erta ta’lim tajribasini rivojlantirish uchun individual yondashuvlar, kasbiy rivojlanish hamda oilalar va mutaxassislar bilan hamkorlik muhimligi ta’kidlanadi.
