Abstract

Annotatsiya: Sifat menejment tizimi zamonaviy tashkilotlar uchun muhim bir vosita hisoblanadi. Bu tizim, mahsulot yoki xizmatlarning sifatini ta'minlash va oshirishga qaratilgan jarayonlar to'plamidir. Sifat menejment tizimi tashkilotlarning mijozlar talablarini qondirish, ichki jarayonlarni optimallashtirish va umumiy samaradorlikni oshirish maqsadida ishlab chiqilgan. Ushbu tezisda sifat menejment tizimining asosiy tamoyillari, uning afzalliklari va tashkilotlar uchun qanday foydali bo'lishi mumkinligi haqida batafsil ma'lumot beriladi.
