Аннотация. Ушбу мақолада авторлар томонидан артериал гипертония
касаллиги фонида кохлеовестибуляр бузилишларнинг аудиологик тавсифи ва
текширув натижалари таҳлиллари келтирилган. Жаҳон статистик
маълумотларига кўра, 2019 йилда дунё бўйлаб 460 миллиондан ортиқ одам
эшитиш қобилиятини йўқотган ва 2050 йилга келиб уларнинг сони 900
миллиондан ошиши мумкин. Бир қатор хорижий муаллифларнинг фикрига кўра,
кохлеовестибуляр бузилишлар (КВБ) учун характерли шикоятлар ЛОР
шифокорига мурожаат қилган беморларнинг тахминан 10% ни ва умумий
амалиёт шифокори учун бу кўрсаткич 5%, невролог учун эса 10-20%ни ташкил
қилади. Бош айланиши беморлар томонидан умумий амалиёт шифокорига
кўрсатилган энг кўп учрайдиган учта шикоятдан бири бўлиб, шошилинч
маслаҳатлар орасида беморларнинг 2,4-2,6 фоизида учрайди.
