Abstract

Mazkur maqolada franchayzing strategiyasining mohiyati, afzalliklari va zamonaviy korxonalarda undan foydalanish tajribasi tahlil qilingan. Franchayzingning global va mahalliy darajadagi iqtisodiy samaradorligi, biznesni kengaytirishdagi roli va mahalliy tadbirkorlikni rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Xalqaro kompaniyalarning muvaffaqiyatli franchayzing amaliyotlari va O‘zbekistonda franchayzingning rivojlanish istiqbollari muhokama qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida franchayzingdan foydalanish orqali korxonalarning moliyaviy risklarni kamaytirishi, yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratishi va mahalliy iqtisodiyotga ijobiy ta’siri qayd etilgan.
