Ushbu maqola shundan iboratki, Jismoniy tarbiya jarayonida egiluvchanlik rivojlantirishni o‘ta kuchaytirib yuborish bo‘g‘imlar, paylarning deformatsiyalanishiga va gavda tuzilishining buzilishiga, shuningdek, boshqa jismoniy qobiliyatlarni ko‘rsata ololmaslikka olib keladi. Uni shu darajada olib borish kerakki, harakatni bajarishga to‘sqinlik qilmasin. Buning uchun egiluvchanlik amplitudasining kattaligi ortiqcha bo‘lishi, ya’ni egiluvchanlikni saqlab, ehtiyot qilib ishlatish lozim.
