Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada homilaning intrauterin rivojlanishi davomida qon aylanish tizimini o‘rganishning zamonaviy usullari va texnologiyalari yoritiladi. Dopplerografiya, ultratovush tekshiruvlari, MRI va kardiotokografiya kabi usullarning ahamiyati tahlil qilinib, ularning diagnostik imkoniyatlari haqida ma’lumot beriladi. Tadqiqotda homilaning qon aylanishi monitoringining homiladorlik davridagi patologiyalarni aniqlashdagi roli va ularning tug‘ruq jarayoniga ta’siri o‘rganiladi.

This article discusses modern methods and technologies for studying the circulatory system of the fetus during intrauterine development. The importance of such methods as Dopplerography, ultrasound, MRI and cardiotocography is analyzed, and information about their diagnostic capabilities is provided. The study examines the role of fetal circulatory monitoring in identifying pathologies during pregnancy and their impact on the labor process.
