Maqolada jismoniy imkoniyatlari oʻsishdan toʻxtagan shaxslar (yoshlar, o‘smirlar yoki qariyalar)da chidamlilikni rivojlantirish jarayonida uchraydigan asosiy muammolar va ularning yechimlari tahlil qilinadi. Chidamlilikni tarbiyalashning biologik, psixologik va ijtimoiy jihatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada shuningdek, mashqlar rejalarining individual xususiyatlarga moslashtirilishi, motivatsion strategiyalar va ilmiy-texnik yondoshuvlar bilan tanishish imkoniyatlari muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, sportchilar va faol hayot kechirishni xohlagan shaxslar uchun samarali metodikalar taqdim etiladi.
В статье анализируются основные проблемы и решения, с которыми сталкиваются в процессе развития выносливости у людей, чьи физические возможности перестали увеличиваться (молодежь, подростки или пожилые люди). Рассматриваются биологические, психологические и социальные аспекты тренировки выносливости. Также обсуждается адаптация тренировочных программ к индивидуальным особенностям, мотивационные стратегии и возможности применения научно-технических подходов. Представлены эффективные методики для спортсменов и людей, стремящихся вести активный образ жизни.
This article analyzes the main problems and solutions encountered in the process of developing endurance in individuals whose physical capabilities have plateaued (such as young people, adolescents, or the elderly). It discusses the biological, psychological, and social aspects of training endurance. The article also examines the adaptation of exercise programs to individual characteristics, motivational strategies, and opportunities to incorporate scientific and technical approaches. Effective methodologies for athletes and individuals interested in leading an active lifestyle are also presented.
