Abstract

Mazkur maqolada etanol spirtini olishning asosiy usullari, jumladan biologik va kimyoviy jarayonlar tahlil qilinadi. Fermentatsiya usuli orqali xamirturush yordamida uglevodlardan etanol olish bosqichlari batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, etilenning gidratatsiyasi orqali sintetik usulda etanol olish texnologiyasi ham yoritiladi. Etanolni sanoatda qo‘llanilishi, ekologik ahamiyati va ishlab chiqarishning samaradorligi haqida ma’lumot beriladi. Maqola etanol ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasini tushunish va tahlil qilish uchun asosiy nazariy va amaliy ma’lumotlarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
