Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqola eritib payvandlash jarayonlarida eriydigan elektrodlarning o'rni, ularning turlari, texnologik xususiyatlari va payvandlash jarayoniga ta'sirini chuqur o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Maqolada eriydigan elektrodlar bilan payvandlashning asosiy usullari, ularning afzalliklari va kamchiliklari, turli metall va qotishmalarni payvandlashda qo'llanilishi hamda payvandlash sifati, mahsulotning chidamliligi va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishdagi o'rni tahlil qilinadi. Bundan tashqari, elektrodlarning kimyoviy tarkibi, qoplamalari, mexanik xususiyatlari va ularni tanlash mezonlari batafsil yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari eritib payvandlashda eriydigan elektrodlarning muhimligini va ularni to'g'ri tanlash, qo'llash orqali yuqori sifatli payvandlashga erishish mumkinligini ko'rsatadi.
