Tadqiqotda raqobat strategiyasining mohiyati, bozor tahlili va segmentsiyalash jarayoni, shuningdek, raqobatbardoshlikni ta'minlashning asosiy yo‘llari keng yoritilgan. Mahsulot sifati, innovatsiyalarni joriy etish, xarajatlarni optimallashtirish va xalqaro standartlarga moslashish kabi omillar eksportga yo‘naltirilgan korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish uchun asosiy vositalar sifatida ko‘rsatilgan. Shuningdek, bozor tahlili asosida segmentsiyalash orqali maqsadli auditoriyaga samarali yetib borish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan.
