Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy boshqaruvda kommunikatsiyaning ahamiyati va raqobatbardosh muhitda uning muhim roli tahlil qilinadi. Kommunikatsiya jarayoni tashkilotning ichki va tashqi faoliyatini muvofiqlashtirishda qanday yordam berishi, innovatsiyalarni rivojlantirishda tutgan o‘rni, mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni mustahkamlashda va jamoaviy hamkorlikni shakllantirishdagi ahamiyati yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy texnologiyalar va marketing vositalaridan foydalanishning kommunikatsiya samaradorligiga ta’siri muhokama qilinadi. Ushbu tadqiqot kommunikatsiyaning tashkilotning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish va barqaror rivojlanishiga qanday hissa qo‘shishini aniqlaydi.
