Gelmintlar -gelmintlarning turli vakillari qo‘zg‘atadigan eng keng tarqalgan parazitar kasalliklar. Gelmintozlarning tarqalishi tabiiy va ijtimoiy omillarga bog‘liq. Tuproq va havo harorati, yog‘ingarchilik, namlik kabi iqlim sharoitlari katta ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, ularga gelmintlar, tuxumlar yoki najas bilan ajralib chiqadigan lichinkalar tushadi [3,4].
