Abstract

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada fast-food mahsulotlarining salomatlikka ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Asosan, ularning semizlik, yurak-qon tomir va metabolik kasalliklarni keltirib chiqarish xavfi, shuningdek, ovqat hazm qilish tizimiga salbiy ta’siri haqida ma’lumot berilgan. Shuningdek, fast-food mahsulotlariga muqobil sog‘lom ovqatlanish variantlari haqida tavsiyalar taqdim etilgan.
