Аннотация

Ushbu maqola Kooperativ Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) muhitida qaror qabul qilish jarayonlarini optimallashtirish uchun taklif etilgan O'zini-O'rganuvchi Tizim Algoritmi (SLSA) ning murakkab matematik modelini taqdim etadi. SLSA dinamik va stoxastik tarmoqlarda ma'lumot almashish samaradorligini oshirish uchun mashinaviy o'rganish (reinforcement learning) tamoyillariga asoslangan. Algoritm yangi teorema va matematik isbot bilan qo'llab-quvvatlanadi, bu esa optimal siyosatni (optimal policy) topish uchun penalizatsiya qilingan entropiya (penalized entropy) yondashuvini o'z ichiga oladi. SLSA ning samaradorligi Matlab muhitida o'tkazilgan simulyatsiya yordamida baholanadi, bu yerda tarmoq sharoitlari va resurslarning dinamik o'zgarishlari hisobga olinadi. Natijalar SLSA ning real vaqt rejimida transport tarmoqlarida samaradorlikni oshirishda yuqori potensialga ega ekanligini ko'rsatadi.
