Surunkali o’pkaning obstruktiv kasalligi (SO’OK)geterogen kasallik bo’lib, u
nafaqat o’pkaga ta’sir qiladi balki boshqa organlarga ham ta’sir ko’rsatadi.Hozirgi
kunda surunkali o’pkaning obstruktiv kasallik o’ta dolzarb kasallikka aylanib qolgan.
Shu sababli ham bemorlarni davolashda ham dori terapiyasi va reabilitatsiya terapiyasi
o’tkazilinadi. SO’OKni davolashda nafas mashqlari samaradorligi bir necha tizimlarda
isbotlangan, ammo ko’pgina manbalarda bu haqida to’liqroq ma’lumotlar
keltirilmagan. Ushbu maqolada nafas mashqlarini SO’OK kasalligida davolashdagi
o’rni va ushbu kasallikda aniq klinik tavsiyalar yaratishga asoslangan. Shu bilan birga
o’tkazilgan tadqiqotlar ko’plab ijobiy natijalar bergan. Bundan tashqari, ushbu
maqolada nafas organlari uchun nafas mashqlarini aniq ma’lumotlarini beradi.
