Abstrak

Annotation:  Designing  effective  listening  tasks  for  language  learners  is
essential  for  developing  their  comprehension  skills  and  enhancing  their  overall
language  proficiency.  This  process  involves  selecting  appropriate  audio  materials,
creating tasks that align with learners' proficiency levels, and ensuring that activities
foster active listening. Effective listening tasks should include a variety of listening
strategies, such as note-taking, predicting, identifying key information, and inferring
meaning from context.
