WOMAN’S RIGHT TO EDUCATION – AS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF SOCIAL RIGHTS

Annotation. The article talks about guarantees of women's rights to education in the Republic of Uzbekistan and its legal basis, regulation of social relations related to the right to education and upbringing of girls, and partially highlights state policy in this regard. In addition, it was noted that one of the most important directions of state policy is to increase the position and prestige of women in the life of the family and society in our republic, to increase their role in public administration, and to create ample opportunities for conducting this activity in harmony with family affairs.
