Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ovqatlanishni gigiyenik baholash va to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish tamoyillari o‘rganilgan. Tana salomatligi uchun to‘g‘ri ovqatlanishning ahamiyati, ovqat tarkibidagi oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini gigiyenik baholash usullari, foydali ovqatlanish tartibini shakllantirish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqola ovqatlanish gigiyenasi va to‘g‘ri ovqatlanishning inson salomatligiga ta’siri haqida ma’lumot beradi.
