Abstrak

Annotatsiya.  Ushbu maqolada maktab ta’limida o‘quvchilar va o‘qituvchilar 
o‘rtasidagi nizolarni konstruktiv boshqarish omillari tahlil qilinadi. Maktab muhitida 
nizolarni muvaffaqiyatli boshqarish ta’lim  jarayonining samaradorligini oshirish va 
ijobiy  psixologik  muhitni  shakllantirishga  xizmat  qiladi.  Tadqiqotda  jinsiy  farqlar 
asosida  korrelyatsion  tahlil  o‘tkazilib,  nizolarni  boshqarishning  turli  omillari 
o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik darajasi aniqlanadi.
