Аннотация

Annotation.  Listening  in  the  wider  context  refers  to  the  practice  of
understanding  and  interpreting  spoken  language  in  diverse  settings,  beyond  the
confines  of the  classroom.  It  involves  recognizing  the broader  social, cultural, and
cognitive factors that influence how people listen, interpret, and respond to spoken
communication. Effective listening skills are critical not only for language learners but
also  for  individuals  navigating  a  variety  of  professional,  academic,  and  social
environments. This broader view of listening emphasizes the importance of context,
speaker intentions, cultural nuances, and personal experiences in the listening process.
