This article explores the interplay between language education, youth physiology, and hygiene in shaping societal norms and fostering gender equality. It examines how language can be a medium for promoting awareness about physiological and hygienic practices among youth, while addressing the role of inclusive linguistic approaches in breaking gender stereotypes and fostering equality.
