Abstract: Cooperative teaching in multiaged groups represents an innovative and effective approach to education that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and the development of social and cognitive skills. Multiaged classrooms, where children of different ages and grade levels learn together, provide unique opportunities for both students and teachers. This article examines the importance of cooperative teaching in these settings, exploring its benefits for student learning, the development of social skills, and the cultivation of a supportive learning environment. The cooperative teaching model promotes a culture of peer learning, where older students can serve as mentors and role models for younger ones, while younger students offer fresh perspectives and enthusiasm.
